Gesturist deals since many years with estates and trade companies increasing their value in time;

The company is composed by 147 stockholders: the Municipality, 6 trade associations, 2 private companies, 49 local companies, 5 banks, 71 private citizens, 13 employees;

Gesturist has increased the Municipality asset to 9 millions€ in 5 years, without selling any resource;

On 1st Jan 2003 the stocks had a value of € 0,85 each, today their amount is increased up to 1,00€ (0,15 € equal to 18% in 3 years);

The employees are 166 (76 yearly and 90 seasonally employed), for a total amount of 4 millions € pay checks;

It manages the 4 Cesenatico tourist offices and spends around 550.000 € per year in promotion;

It performs the maintenance service in charge of the municipality with 36 employees, with a reasonable economic saving in term of pay check (46.000 € less in 2003-2004);

It co-operates with 450 local suppliers, with more than 16 millions€ turnover (8 millions € only thanks to fishery market);

It is a reference point for the redevelopment of the territory and infrastructures in co-operation with the local companies, suppliers and trade associations.
